How you pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Every purchase is a single, one-time charge taken at checkout for the goods in your cart. We do not offer subscriptions and we never store a card to bill you again later.

How your payment is protected

• Encrypted end to end. The entire site is served over SSL/TLS. Your card details are encrypted in transit and never cross the network in the clear.
• PCI-DSS compliant. Card data is processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We don’t keep full card numbers on our servers.
• AVS & CVV. Every transaction is checked with Address Verification (AVS) and the card security code (CVV/CVC) to confirm the card is being used by its owner.
• 3-D Secure. Where your bank supports it, payments are verified with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) for an extra layer of confirmation.

What shows on your statement

Your card statement will show a clear descriptor for Apex Innovative Goods Co. If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us with the date and amount and we’ll track it down.

Fraud

If you believe your card was used here without your permission, contact us immediately and notify your card issuer. We’ll cooperate fully to resolve it.
